Empowering Yourself with Resonance Repatterning is the one-day foundation of the basic principles of Resonance Repatterning® and The Fundamentals is a two-day seminar which trains you to see how your life choices and frequency patterns create your reality. They are taught as a three-day Intensive and are the prerequisite for Primary Patterns.
The Primary Pattern is your mind: your thoughts are things that set waves in motion and create your reality. In this two day seminar you learn new options for each of the sections of Resonance Repatterning® system, deepening the possibilities for identifying and transforming primary patterns that stop you from experiencing yourself more fully, creatively and successfully. It is the prerequisite for Transforming Unconscious Patterns.
Transforming Unconscious Patterns introduces you to the power of your unconscious flight-fight reptilian brain responses and how they are superimposed on your relationships, work, creative expression and general well-being. You will experience and learn gentle movements to release the trauma reflex, the protective-startle reflex and the Landau action reflex that tend to be habitually, unconsciously and inappropriately reactivated in us. The seminar is not about re-experiencing past pain. Rather, you will learn how to identify and transform your life depleting resonance patterns so you can come alive to who you are and what is positive and possible for you.
Transforming Chakra Patterns introduces you to the core of who you are as an energetic system. You learn about the chakra system and how each of these concentrated reservoirs of energy controls and impacts your body, your emotional responses and your mental attitudes.
Transforming Meridian and Five Element Patterns In this two-day seminar the ancient knowledge of the Five Elements and the Meridian system of China is made accessible and practical for anyone to learn and use. The Meridian Patterns can be applied on a daily basis to: support your physical, emotional and mental well-being; to transform relationship and business issues; and to clear fears and phobias caused by energetic blocks in your meridian flow.
