Fees and Insurance

Fees for Holistic Psychotherapy or Counseling Sessions

$150.00 per 50-minute individual session

$180.00 per 50-minute couples session

Reduced fee/sliding scale fees are available on a limited basis.

As a licensed clinical social worker, Meryl is able to provide clients with third party reimbursable documentation.

Fees may be covered in part or fully by your health insurance plan. Please consult with your insurance company and find out:

If you have mental health insurance benefits.
If you are covered for out-of network sessions.
How many sessions per year your health insurance covers.
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
If approval is needed by your primary care physician.
What your deductible is and if it has been met.

Talk with Meryl about this at the time of booking your first appointment

Payment for all categories of sessions: Cash, check and all major credit cards (online) accepted for payment. Payment is due in full at the time service is rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation policy for all sessions: You are asked that you notify Meryl at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you will not be able to make it or you will be required to cover the full cost.

$180.00 per 75-minute Resonance Repatterning® session

Fees for the Repatterning Community

$42.00 per 4 hour Practitioner Skills Development Group

$225.00 per full day Practitioner Skills Development class

$400.00 per 2 day Practitioner Skills Development class (Student Practitioner new to Meryl)

$350.00 per 2 day Practitioner Skills Development class (Student Practitioner Group Members, Students who completed the six basic RR courses with Meryl as teacher/organizer)

$300.00 per 2 day Practitioner Skills Development class (Students who completed the six basic RR courses with Meryl as teacher/organizer and made one payment for the series)

$350.00 Private Tutorial Observation
